Why Certify?

BREEAM
The most widely used certification in the UK and Europe. Covers management, health, energy, transport, water, materials, waste, ecology, and pollution. Ratings from Pass to Outstanding.
LEED
Dominant in North America. Focuses on location, water, energy, materials, indoor quality, and innovation. Certification levels from Certified to Platinum.
Passivhaus
Not a rating — it is a performance standard. Buildings must achieve specific airtightness, heat demand, and energy targets. The most rigorous standard for energy performance.
Which Should You Choose?
For UK commercial: BREEAM. For international or US-facing: LEED. For residential energy performance: Passivhaus. Many projects now pursue dual certification.
